oh well
how many self-published professional-looking poetry books could i sell using only this blog, which means maybe like, making one or two reasonably-sized blog posts about it and having maybe an image of the cover in the sidebar which linked to a blog page just for the book which people could click on and then purchase?
is there another way i could have full artistic control over my poetry book but still have people read it without 'too much trouble' on my part and could this also be a situation where there is no pressure to succeed or whatever?
is anyone else slightly concerned about the possible swine flu pandemic?

3000
i think the flu will be fine
pigs will die
50-75 I think, without knowing all the details.
you might check into some presses like scrambler books, fugue state, & six gallery - all are good small presses that seem to give much artistic control to the author and little pressure to sell big.
swine flu, yes. slight worry.
3000? yes, mark, i luv u
j.a. - 50-75 sounds reasonably like what i was thinking. i thought, 'wonder if i could make it to 100'
fugue state doesn't do poetry i think and six gallery is already reading a fiction manuscript of mine, but i do like those presses a lot. and i will check out scrambler, haven't heard of them, thanks
scrambler is newer - only two books of poetry so far - but they are the press publishing shane jone's A CAKE APPEARED
swine flu has just entered my state. I fear for my life.
everyone at my school keeps talking about it, i am sort of afraid
and thank you, i like you too, but not in that way. it is good that you don't 'like me like me', i am a real heartbreaker
